2. What data we collect and why
Contact forms: your name, e-mail address and message. We use this data to answer your enquiry and to prepare offers. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract.
Business relationships: contact details of customers and suppliers, which we use to perform contracts and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.

3. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 1 year. Contract and invoice data are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

4. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: STRATO (website hosting, Germany, EU) and Microsoft (e-mail). We also share it with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EU
Microsoft may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. These transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Cookies and YouTube
Our website uses only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work, such as remembering your privacy choices. Embedded YouTube videos (provided by Google) load only after you give consent via "Privacy settings" (Privacy-instellingen) on the website. Once a video is loaded, Google may collect data about your activity and transfer it to the United States. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the same privacy settings.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@victerraingredients.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised access.
