We source Laird, Richlea and Eston green lentils from Canada, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, with full traceability from producer to delivery.

Laird – large size, firm texture, holds its shape after cooking
Richlea – medium size, between Laird and Eston
Eston – small size, quick-cooking

Specifications and packaging
Our green lentils are double Sortex cleaned: two passes of optical sorting remove foreign material and defective grains, delivering a purity of 99.9%. This gives a level of cleanliness close to X-ray sorting, without the extra cost. If your specification requires X-ray sorting, we can arrange it on request at an additional charge.
We supply them in 25 kg bags or in big bags of 1,000, 1,100 or 1,200 kg, with a minimum order of one full container load. Do you want few pallets of different ingredients? Mix containers are also possible now! Contact us and we will provide you with a special offer.
